    The whole machine warranty is 12-24 months (differentiated by category), and quality problems support global joint warranty. Exclusive customer service will respond within 48 hours, providing free delivery of accessories/whole machine replacement/return and refund.
  • What payment methods are supported?

    * International trade: T/T wire transfer is preferred (30% advance payment + 70% paid before shipment)
    * Large orders: L/C letters of credit are supported (bank credit review is required)
    * Long-term cooperative customers: O/A credit sales can be applied (account period 30-60 days, agreement must be signed)
  • Can samples be provided? How to charge sample fees and shipping costs?

    * Regular samples: 2-3 units are provided free of charge (freight is required), and will be sent out within 7 days
    * Customized samples: charged at cost price (including mold modification fee), sample fee can be deducted from bulk orders
    * Freight description: Samples are sent by DHL by default (collect on delivery), and you can apply for prepayment (3% handling fee is required)
  • What is the minimum order quantity and delivery cycle for OEM/ODM services?

    The minimum order for small batch trial orders is 500 units, and the delivery time for regular orders is 25-35 days (including certification processing). A dedicated person will follow up to ensure that the delivery accuracy rate is ≥98%.

    * CIF terms: Our company arranges sea/air transportation, freight prepaid (enjoy 30% discount from cooperative logistics providers)
    * Expedited orders: Support DHL/UPS express delivery (3-5 days, freight is calculated based on real-time exchange rate)
